When you buy or sell a house, you’re faced with a seemingly endless stream of tasks, steps, dates, and information that can be daunting or even confusing. Instead of letting my clients fend for themselves, I’ve designed a step-by-step guide for both the buying and selling processes. These guides keep you organized and ensure everything goes smoothly from beginning to end.

My process is not complete without communication. At the start of every relationship with a client, I establish communication preferences and make myself available in accordance with their schedules. I share new information as soon as I have it, and I am always one call, email, or message away.
